ICSA recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of its website users. Any personal information that you provide to ICSA should be done by you on a completely voluntary basis. Information collected may include your name, email address, street address, phone number, job title, and other related demographic information. In addition, we compile aggregate statistics about traffic on our website for internal use only. ICSA will endeavor to keep your information confidential and focus on using the information as part of our service to you and its mission.

Information Use
ICSA uses the information you voluntarily provide to process your requests and/or to provide you with additional information about the organization and its programs, services and publications.

Security
ICSA takes precautions to help protect the information you provide us. Our site is guarded by an SSL certificate. SSL Certificates are small data files that digitally bind a cryptographic key to an organization’s details. When installed on a web server, it activates the padlock and the https protocol and allows secure connections from a web server to a browser. Typically, SSL is used to secure credit card transactions, data transfer and logins, and more recently is becoming the norm when securing browsing of social media sites.

Payments
For your convenience and security we are partnered with the payment processor Stripe. When you purchase a membership, donate, advertise, or make any payment online through our site we do not collect your payment information. Emails
By registering as a member, or submitting one of our forms, you are agreeing to receive communications from ICSA. Our mailing list, hosted by MailChimp, can be opted out of by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in the emails we send out, or by emailing contacting ICSA. Personal Information
This website is built with WordPress. Please see https://wordpress.org/about/privacy/ for details on how they protect your information. For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can correct/update this information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information. If you would like to delete your account please email membership@icsa.org.

If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
