ICSA Membership
The Association welcomes Chinese (and non-Chinese) statisticians all over the world, both individuals and organizations. Only individual members have the right to vote, sign referendum petitions, hold office, and sign nominating petitions. Regular membership dues are $80 per year, $0 for full-time students (free, but without voting right nor hard copies of ICSA Bulletin), and $1,000 for permanent members.
Members will have free access to Statistica Sinica online, and free access to Statistics in BioSciences (SIB) (an official journal of ICSA) online. In addition, members will receive free copies of ICSA bulletins (two issues annually) and the ICSA electronic Member News every month. Furthermore, members are eligible to serve on various ICSA committees and have right to vote for ICSA officers as well. Members will also receive notices for various ICSA or ICSA-cosponsored conferences and workshops around the world.
Currently, ICSA online registration and online Credit Card payment are available.
To join ICSA as a new member, simply click here, then you can start to fill in online registration form. After this step, you will see the online credit card payment button. After you complete your online registration, an email notification will be automatically sent to you. In the email, you will also find an URL link to view your registration and payment information. After you make the payment, you can use the same link to print the receipt.

- How can I get into Members Only Area?
You can log in at by clicking the “Member Login” button at the top of the site, or by clicking here.
- Do I receive an ICSA ID?
No, ICSA will no longer issue an ID. Your email address will serve as your ICSA ID.
- To whom should I contact if my current email address cannot be recognized by the system?
Please contact OICSA ( icsaweb2014@gmail.com) and the OICSA staff will update your email address in the system so that you can set up your password.
- How do I check the status of my ICSA membership?
Simply login to the ICSA Membership Only Area and you will see the status of your ICSA membership.
- When will my ICSA membership be expired?
Your membership will expire after 365 days from the date when you paid the membership fee last time.
- How do I renew my ICSA membership?
Login to the ICSA Membership Only Area using your password and click on a link entitled:
“Renew Membership and Make Online Payment Now”.
- How can I update my profile in the ICSA database?
Again, login to the ICSA Membership Only Area using your password and click on a link entitled:
“Change Profile”.
Notice that your password will not work if your email address is changed. In this case, you need to reset your password.
- I forgot my login password. How can I reset the password?
You can go to the member login page at https://www.icsa.org/wp-login.php and click the link “Lost your password?”, and follow the instructions.
- I signed up to the ICSA website using my previous work email address. Can I still login to ICSA website using that email address? If not, what can I do?
Email is your id in our system. You cannot change your email. If you need change your email, please send a request email to membership@icsa.org. We will process it in 3-5 business days.
